Adeyemi Cole is the managing partner and founder of Ilex Sweeping, a New Jersey based company specializing in the maintenance and cleaning of retail parking lots.

Adeyemi’s vision, contained within the first draft of his strategic plan, has materialized into a bustling fleet of sweepers, operators, and support staff. In addition to serving several of New Jersey’s largest and most prestigious shopping malls, Ilex also serves real estate investment trusts, national service providers, property owners and property managers throughout northern and central New Jersey.

Adeyemi is passionate about his role in the community.  He is an Advisory Board Member of Platinum Minds, a non-profit organization benefiting boys from environmentally challenged neighborhoods and is a contributor to several non-profit endeavors within Morris and Somerset Counties. He resides in Morris Township with his wife and children.  Adeyemi received his B.A. in Political Science from Amherst College.
